The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all bookings made at www.relaxationzones.com  or directly by phone or in person.

All rates featured on www.relaxationzones.com are subject to availability and may be changed at any time without notice. Relaxation Zone Therapies reserve a right to decline massage bookings and /or treatment without an obligation to provide any reason for doing so.

All clients are responsible to make sure a consultation takes place and that they are healthy to receive the treatment provided

You can secure your bookings using MasterCard, Visa, VPay, Maestro, American Express, ApplePay and Google Pay. You can also secure your bookings using our online payment function with Square.  

Any cancellations need to be communicated to Relaxation Zone Therapies 24 hours in advance of the treatment for a full refund.  All refunds will be made within 24 hours into your account. Any appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the apppointment will loose the booking deposit.  

Payments in cash are available on the day of the appointment but only after being confirmed by Relaxation Zone Therapies. 

Gift Vouchers are valid up to 12 months after the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, cannnot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with offers. Gift Vouchers can be used as part payment towards an appointment by phoning Relaxation Zone Therapies.
