As we approach two years at our Hove spa and look forward to celebrating the sixth birthday of Relaxation Zone Therapies this October, we wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you for your continued support. Over the years, you’ve helped us build a business based on trust, care and connection, and we’re incredibly grateful. 

As we look ahead, we’re excited to share some changes and improvements coming over the next few weeks and months.

🌿 A New Booking & Appointments System

We’re moving from GoDaddy to Phorest, a more powerful and stable booking system designed to make booking and checking out smoother, easier and more flexible.

You’ll notice that your booking confirmations and appointment communications will now come from Phorest rather than GoDaddy.

When? 2-4 weeks

There’s nothing you need to do, your existing bookings will remain in place.

🌿 A Faster, More Stable Website

We’re also making some improvements behind the scenes to our website, including moving away from GoDaddy hosting to a new hosting platform.

The aim is simple: a faster, more reliable and smoother experience when you visit our website.

We’re continuing to expand our treatment menu, giving you even more ways to relax, restore and look after yourself.

We’re also working on a new loyalty programme, which will replace our previous scheme.

It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing Relaxation Zone Therapies as your place to relax, restore and feel your best.

We’re delighted to have welcomed more therapists to our team, which means more appointment availability and greater flexibility when booking your favourite treatments.

We know how important it is to find a time that works for you, so we’re really pleased to be able to offer more choice.

And finally… we’re turning six! 🎉

Relaxation Zone Therapies officially celebrates its sixth birthday in October, and of course, we couldn’t let that pass without celebrating with you as we always do. 

We’ll be running a special birthday promotion, with more details coming closer to the time.

Our signature Relax Thai Herbal Tea is available to purchase in the shop! 

It's a custom blend of dried Bael fruit and Pandan leaves, imported directly from Thailand. You probably won't find this blend anywhere else in the UK. 

Country of origin: Thailand

Ingedients: Dried Bael Fruit 80g Dried Pandan Leaves 15g.  That’s enough to make over 200 cups of tea!

Serving mix: mix 1 part Bael fruit slice to 1 heaped tablespoon of Pandan leaves to make approximatey 2 litres of tea.

Serving tip: for a stronger flavour profile break up the Bael fruit into chunks and/or roast or grill the Bael fruit prior to brewing for a smokier profile.

Tasting notes: aromatic, grassy, and subtly sweet coconut with caramel, nutty vanilla and marmalade notes and a rose-like aftertaste.

Benefits: Bael fruit and Pandan leaves are loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and can have anti-inflamatory, digestive, immunity and blood sugar management benefits.

Hmochan Borneol Herb Water Roll-On (10ml) – £12

A refreshing herbal roll-on that's ideal for relieving headaches, migraines, colds, nasal congestion, muscle strains, insect bites and providing a natural pick-me-up. Simply apply to your temples or forehead or apply directly to insect bites and tense muscles for a cooling effect.

Pim Saen Green Herb Oil Roll-On (5ml) – £6

A traditional Thai favourite for headaches, colds, blocked noses, muscle tension and insect bites. Compact enough to keep in your pocket or handbag whenever you need a refreshing boost.

Kimlung Green Herb Oil (5ml) – £6

Another classic Thai herbal oil, perfect for relieving headaches, congestion, minor aches, muscle strains and insect bites while leaving a wonderfully fresh herbal scent. Probably the cuttest little bottle you will ever see.

The Banana Heal Cream (30ml) – £12

A deeply moisturising foot and skin cream that helps repair cracked skin, soften dry feet, reduce unwanted odours and soothe tired legs and feet. A wonderful addition to your home foot care routine.

Green 7 Sleep Balm Moisturising Lavender (20g) – £8

A calming lavender balm designed to help you unwind before bed. Apply to your temples, neck or wrists and enjoy the relaxing aroma as part of your evening routine.

Kimlung Herbal Balm (50g) – £14

Available in Lemongrass, Herbal or Lotus Petal. This versatile balm is perfect for soothing tired muscles, easing joint stiffness, relieving tension headaches, dizziness, congestion and nausea. Simply massage into sore muscles or inhale the beautiful herbal aroma whenever you need a moment of relief.

Jam Turmeric Gluta Collagen Soap (70g) – £10

A popular Thai herbal soap combining turmeric, glutathione and collagen to help brighten the complexion, reduce blemishes and leave skin feeling soft, fresh and hydrated.

Jam Rice Milk Soap (30g) – £6

A gentle, nourishing cleanser rich in vitamins B & E, antioxidants and amino acids. Ideal for hydrating dry skin, helping to even skin tone, reduce mild acne and soothe sensitive skin.
