What services do you offer?

We offer a variety of massage and facial treatments, including Thai Traditional massage, Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Hot Stone massage, Aromatherapy massage, Sports massage, Pregnancy massage and more. We offer organic facials, non invasive anti-aging facials and reflexology facials. We also provide customized spa packages based on your needs.

Do you have Gift Cards available?

Yes. We offer Gift Cards redeemable across treatments. Our booking system cannot accept Gift Card payments so please call us to redeem them instead. See our Gift Card page for more information.

Do I need to make an appointment?

We recommend making an appointment to ensure you get the time and treatment you prefer and to avoid dissapointment. It is easy to book through our website. However if you prefer you can call us and we do accept walk-ins. We recommend booking ahead, especially for weekends.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Bookings cancelled outside this timeframe will incur a charge. Consult full policy on our Terms and Conditions page

What should I expect during my first visit?

When you arrive, our friendly staff will guide you through a brief consultation to understand your needs and preferences. You will be given time in the treatment room to change your clothes and get ready for your treatment.

What time should I arrive?

We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes before your first treatment to allow time for check-in, consultation, and a refreshment. Arrivals later than scheduled may impact treatment length.

Can I choose the pressure level for my massage?

Absolutely! Our therapists can adjust the pressure based on your comfort level, whether you prefer a gentle relaxation massage or a deeper tissue treatment.

Do you offer Myofascial Release massage?

Although we do not offer Myofascial Release massage as a standalone treatment, Thai Traditional massage has similarities to myofascial release techniques. Thai Traditional massage pinpoints areas of muscular tension with its pressing technique and similar to myofascial release it applies pressure to specific areas in order to help with the manipulation and lengthening of muscles.

Do you offer Lymphatic Drainage massage?

We do not specifically offer Lymphatic Drainage massage, but massage has long been a popular way of helping the flow of lymph around the body system and massage strokes along the direction of lymph flow can help alleviate problems with the lymphatic system. All our facials all use techniques which also aid lymphatic circulation.

What should I do if I have specific health concerns?

Please let your therapist know if you have any health concerns, allergies, or injuries before your session. This will allow us to customize the treatment to ensure your comfort and safety.

What should I do after my massage or facial?

After a massage, it's recommended to drink plenty of water to flush out toxins, to rest and let your body recover and to avoid strenuous activity for at least 24 hours. For facials, avoid direct sun exposure and be sure to hydrate and moisturize.

Welcome to our massage and facial treatments spa Relaxation Zone Therapies! We are located at 50 Church Road, in the ground floor shop, next door to Sawyer & Co on the corner. On the southern side of Church Road, Hove on the parade between Second Avenue and Grand Avenue. Hove seafront is a short walk away.

Relaxation Zone Therapies has three treatment rooms offering a wide range of massage and facial treatments with a safe, serene and relaxing atmosphere. We aim to provide the highest tailored service as a team of highly skilled therapists.

As the founder I have over 15 years experience in massage and beauty therapy. I started my career in Thailand, where I was trained at the world famous Wat Pho monastery in Bangkok. Several years later I would train in more Western and modern styles at the Steiner Academy in London. I then worked on international cruises with Princess Cruises. Moving to Brighton several years later I worked in several well known spas before setting up Relaxation Zone Therapies in 2020! My passion.

I work with an incredible team of experienced, friendly therapists, who are dedicated to your relaxation and rejuvenation.

We provide complementary tea freshly brewed on site every day. This isn't any tea - it's our custom blend tea made from imported Thai ingredients. Deliciously refreshing.
