We offer a variety of massage and facial treatments, including Thai Traditional massage, Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Hot Stone massage, Aromatherapy massage, Sports massage, Pregnancy massage and more. We offer organic facials, anti-aging facials and reflexology facials. We also provide customized spa packages based on your needs.  

We recommend making an appointment to ensure you get the time and treatment you prefer and to avoid dissapointment. It is easy to book through our website. However if you prefer you can call us and we do accept walk-ins.

When you arrive, our friendly staff will guide you through a brief consultation to understand your needs and preferences. You will be given time in the treatment room to change your clothes and get ready for your treatment.  

For massages, we provide robes and tunics if needed. You will be covered with a sheet or towel during the treatment for privacy. For facials, it's best to wear comfortable clothing, and we’ll provide a headband to keep your hair away from your face.  

Absolutely! Our therapists can adjust the pressure based on your comfort level, whether you prefer a gentle relaxation massage or a deeper tissue treatment. 

We offer a variety of massages including:

Full body massages: 

• Swedish Massage: A relaxing full-body massage with long strokes and gentle pressure. 
• Thai Traditional: Combines pressure point manipulation and Thai Yoga stretching to heal muscle tension. 
• Deep Tissue: A therapeutic massage that targets deeper muscle layers to relieve tension and pain. 
• Hot Stone: Uses heated stones to relax muscles and improve circulation. 
• Aromatherapy: Incorporates essential oils to enhance relaxation and stress relief.

Focused area massages: 

• Thai Foot & Reflexology: Focuses on the feet’s pressure points to improve blood circulation and reduce swelling. 
• Head, Neck & Shoulder: Applies pressure on the soft tissues in these key areas to reduce muscular tension. 
• Indian Head Massage: Focused on the scalp, face and upper body, aids energy balance and mental clarity. 

• Our full body massages range from 60 minutes to 120 minutes. 
• Our focused area treatments range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. 

Only back-to-back, we do not currently offer same time couples massages.  

We offer three facials to cater to different skin types and concerns: 

• Neal’s Yard Organic Facial: Using Neal’s Yard products to cleanse, exfoliate and massage the face, with a mask and face moisturising. 
• Natural Lift Facial: Involves a sequence of massage techniques which stimulate the nervous system, improve lymphatic flow, strengthens and tones the muscles and repairs and balances the condition of the skin.  
• Facial Reflexology: Uses gentle pressure to stimulate the body’s healing process. Includes an organic cleanse and blended facial oil. 

All our facials use organic products.

Our facials typically last between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your skin’s needs.  

Yes, we offer facials that as suitable for sensitive skin. All our products are organic and paraben, GM, phthalates, propylene and glycol free.  

Absolutely! We offer combination packages where you can enjoy both a massage and a facial in one relaxing session.  

Yes, we offer several spa packages that combine massages and/or facials. These packages are designed to provide maximum relaxation and healing. You can view these on our website or call us to learn more.  

Absolutely! We can create a customized package based on your specific needs and preferences. Just call or email us to let us know what you’d like, and we’ll put together a perfect tailored spa experience for you. 

Yes, we offer spa gift cards for any of our massage and facial services and packages. You can purchase them online or in person at our spa.  

We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full booking amount. If you reschedule within 24 hours you will loose your deposit.   

Please let your therapist know if you have any health concerns, allergies, or injuries before your session. This will allow us to customize the treatment to ensure your comfort and safety.  

We offer a pregnancy massage for expectant mothers who are in the second and third trimesters only. We also offer taoilered Indian Head massage and Head, Neck & Shoulder massage and facials. We do not offer Reflexology treatments for expectant mothers. Please inform us about your pregnancy when booking so we can prepare the best treatment for you. 

After a massage, it's recommended to drink plenty of water to flush out toxins. For facials, avoid direct sun exposure and be sure to hydrate and moisturize.  

The frequency depends on your goals and skin type. For regular maintenance, we recommend facials every 4–6 weeks and massages as often as once a week for those needing therapeutic relief.  

Tipping is always appreciated but never required. If you had a great experience and would like to leave a tip, a general guideline is 10-20% of the service price.
