Our signature Relax Thai Herbal Tea is available to purchase in the shop! 

It's a custom blend of dried Bael fruit and Pandan leaves, imported directly from Thailand. You probably won't find this blend anywhere else in the UK. 

Country of origin: Thailand

Ingedients: Dried Beal Fruit 80g Dried Pandan Leaves 15g.  That’s enough to make over 200 cups of tea!

Serving mix: mix 1 part Bael fruit slice to 1 heaped tablespoon of Pandan leaves to make approximatey 2 litres of tea.

Serving tip: for a stronger flavour profile break up the Bael fruit into chunks and/or roast or grill the Bael fruit prior to brewing for a smokier profile.

Tasting notes: aromatic, grassy, and subtly sweet coconut with caramel, nutty vanilla and marmalade notes and a rose-like aftertaste.
