Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment value.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment value.

We understand that emergencies can happen, please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

Booking Policy

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to complete any required consultation forms.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients.

Bookings for clients under 16 require parental or guardian consent.

Bookings and Treatments

The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all bookings made at www.relaxationzones.com or directly by phone or in person.

All rates featured on www.relaxationzones.com are subject to availability and may be changed at any time without notice. Relaxation Zone Therapies reserve a right to decline massage bookings and /or treatment without an obligation to provide any reason for doing so.

All clients are responsible to make sure consultation takes place and that they are healthy enough to receive the treatment provided.

Payments

You can secure your bookings using MasterCard, Visa, VPay, Maestro, American Express, ApplePay and Google Pay. Payments are made in advance of the treatment (either a deposit or full payment) when booking through the web site or over the phone.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are valid up to 6 months after the date of purchase. Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with offers. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed by phoning us or in shop at Relaxation Zone Therapies.
